The boys were diverse in many ways but I particularly focused on their abilities as writers. I leveraged off the confident writers to scaffold the less confident and there were very good results. One boy in particular went from being unable to write independently to writing purposefully by himself and even offering ideas to his peers.

Note the following:
- Shared document allowed for collaboration and anytime, anywhere access.
- Co-constructed success criteria is visible
- Feedback is given via the comments
- Many students from the class contributed to the podcasts.
