B13 Whanaungatanga - engaging in a positive and collaborative manner

I am aware that by being collaborative the learning outcomes for my students will be improved. I actively engage in teaching opportunities with others beyond my classroom. The skills and knowledge that others can provide my students and I are invaluable.

With this in mind I regularly engage other teachers at my school in collaborative planning. This enables us to pool our strengths and to plan through our different perspectives.

Below is an example of the collaborative planning that I undertake regularly with colleagues. Note the number of collaborators who have editing rights.
