B10 Guided by my students

I believe that student agency is really important. Part of my undertaking to allow students to map their own learning is regularly seeking feedback on what is happing in class.

One example of how I have asked for feedback is by surveying the students. Below is an example of a survey I gave to my class to get feedback on the learning and to inform the learning for the following term.

Below is an example of the feedback from the students. By offering the survey online I was able to incorporate it into my reading programme. This is another example of how the learning has a real context that the students can relate to and value.

An example of student responses. Their feedback helps me plan for future teaching and learning.
