This evidence showcases how I have deliberately engaged the junior school teachers in professional learning based around the use of Ipads in their classes. I planned the workshop with the junior school Lead teacher and then met with the team to create a shared vision for the use of Ipads, in particular the apps that we wanted to use to increase student literacy achievement.
The emails below shows that we have planned for me to attend the junior team meeting to discuss the use of Ipads in junior classes.

After the original meeting was cancelled, we rescheduled.
Below is an email conversation about the types of Ipad cases we would buy for new Junior School Ipads. I was able to draw on my experience in purchasing Ipad cases in a different setting to suggest what would be most appropriate.

Below is a screenshot of the apps that the junior Team wanted to get for their new Ipads. I was able to offer guidance in this area because I have experience in the use of apps that are good for student's learning and also my use of the apps in class with my own students. I was able to back up my decisions with examples of successful use where student achievement has improved.
