As part of my role as an E-Learning Lead teacher I take opportunities to share with colleagues beyond our school. In this evidence I demonstrate my ability to share and connect through running a workshop for teachers about improving writing outcomes for our learners by using E-Learning tools. Apart from being enjoyable and helping me be clear about my own pedagogy, it also models the collaborative and forward thinking I want other staff to exhibit at my school.
