Since joining St Mary's Catholic School I have taught in years 3/4 and currently years 5/6. I have a leadership role in the area of E-Learning. My key responsibilities include maintaining the school website, procurement and maintenance of school devices for both students and teachers, ensuring that ICT's are being used throughout the school to help improve learning outcomes. As part of being a Lead E-Learning teacher I plan and facilitate professional learning opportunities for other teachers and management, model best practise of technology integration into our curriculum and help develop action plans to help our school continue to be future focused.

Technology Coach
My primary role was to lead the integration of technology into the Primary Years Programme. I coached teachers and helped them plan learning programmes which incorporated technology in new and exciting ways. I planned for technology growth in the school alongside the school's management and I also oversaw the procurement of new technology. There were over 70 teachers in the primary school where I worked and I ran workshops, attended planning meetings, modelled lessons and organised conferences for all of them over a two year period.

I was often able to draw on my own teaching practise to back up the training with authentic examples of best practise.
