E4 Working with others to improve my Maths teaching

These 5 practises are now embedded in my maths lessons. 

These five maths practises are outlined on the NZ Maths site and further explored in the Best Evidence synthesis of Maths - Effective Pedagogy in Mathematics/ Pangarau (Education Counts) where they state that, "All students have the capability to become powerful mathematical learners." This is also linked to the relationships and connectedness of the learning where everyone is enabled to access and be completely involved in the learning

Below is an example of how I plan for learning in Maths where the anticipations of the students are clearly outlined. This also demonstrates my ability to know and use the learning progressions based on the key mathematical ideas (NZ Maths).
