B5 Being aware of the Priority learners in my class

By being aware of the priority learners in my class I am able to plan and teach effectively. I closely monitor their progress and differentiate the learning to meet their needs.  In the photo below I have identified two learners in my class based on observations and assessments.

The learners highlighted are priority learners in my class. 

Together with colleagues in my teaching team we develop plans for what is likely to improve the learning outcomes for these learners.  Below are some examples of learning interventions we have tried with these learners.

We make it a priority to focus on these students during every team meeting we have.
