B23 reflecting on my practise to help develop writing programmes that raise achievemnt

This video was recorded as part of my MindLab studies. Together with the help of my colleagues and students I planned and implemented a reciprocal writing learning opportunity. This evidence demonstrates my ability to identify needs based on class data and observations, and to use my reflections to alter my pedagogy to suit the learner's needs.
